Do you have a Twitter landing page?

by Adam Kreitman

You get 160 characters and 1 URL to tell people about yourself on your Twitter profile page. That’s not much (though brevity is kind of the p0int of Twitter!).

But what if you’re a serial entrepreneur like me and involved in a number of  different businesses, organizations and activities? Which URL do you link to? What do you focus on in your 160 characters?

Enter the Twitter landing page.

Instead of having to choose whether to link to your blog or various websites, create a landing page that describes everything you’re up to with descriptions, links, photos and more.

While I have come up with some good ideas on my own, I can’t claim this one as my own. I believe Darren Rowse, expert blogger and Twitterer, deserves the credit for it.

But regardless of who came up with the idea, it’s a good one so I’ve created my own Twitter landing page. I think a lot of entrepreneurs, bloggers and internet marketers could benefit by doing the same.
